3. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
